Role Overview

We are seeking a driven 1099 Sales Agent to support new business development through outbound outreach and relationship building. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, eager to learn, and motivated by performance-based earnings.

As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for initiating conversations with prospective clients, qualifying leads, and introducing Protrade’s trade show logistics services. You will work independently in a remote environment while collaborating closely with our internal team for training, support, and deal execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce ExhibitWay Logistics and its services
  • Qualify leads and schedule follow-up conversations or sales meetings
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance benchmarks
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and client interactions
  • Develop strong client relationships and provide a high level of professionalism throughout the sales process

Requirements

  • Completion of a 1-week paid onboarding and training program
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Sales or marketing experience is a plus, but not required
