Social Media Manager (Hybrid, Part-Time)

Role Overview

We are seeking a part-time Social Media Manager to support day-to-day social media execution and content management. This role works closely with our Marketing Coordinator to bring campaigns, announcements, and brand storytelling to life across social platforms.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys collaboration, understands brand voice, and can turn direction and ideas into consistent, engaging social content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate directly with the Marketing Coordinator on content planning and execution
  • Schedule, publish, and manage content across social media platforms (primarily LinkedIn and Instagram)
  • Support campaign rollouts, announcements, and recurring content initiatives
  • Write clear, engaging captions aligned with brand voice and tone
  • Maintain an organized content calendar and posting schedule
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages as needed
  • Assist with basic performance tracking and reporting
  • Ensure consistency across visuals, captions, and messaging
  • Stay current on social media trends, formats, and best practices

Requirements

  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills
  • Familiarity with major social platforms and scheduling tools
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines while contributing creative ideas
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with some in-person collaboration
  • Ability to take direction and execute efficiently
  • Previous social media or marketing experience preferred
